order policy: 

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED AT LEAST 3 DAYS AHEAD OF SCHEDULED PICK-UP/DELIVERY DATE. THIS IS TO ENSURE WE CAN CURATE THE BEST BLOOMS FOR YOUR ARRANGEMENTS IN ENOUGH TIME.

Delivery orders:

aster.ology is currently only accepting orders for local delivery on tuesdays and thursdays, within 5 miles of the plaza area in kansas city, mo.

Pick-up orders:

pick-up orders will be available monday through friday from 8:00am - 6:00pm and saturdays from 10:00am - 12:00pm

payment methods:

for individual orders, payment can be made online through our site. for larger projects, all costs will be discussed with you ahead of time and you'll be sent an invoice. deposit will be due upon booking, and remainder will be due prior to event date.
